Who we are

This website is operated by Brivaro, a UK digital product and software studio. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this site.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and project description, plus any optional details you choose to add (company or website, project type, indicative budget and timing).

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not ask you to join a mailing list.

How we use it

• To read and reply to your enquiry.
• To discuss and, if we go ahead, plan your project.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to requests you make, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Services that process your data

• Cloudflare — hosts the website.
• Formspree — receives enquiry form submissions, filters spam and forwards them to our inbox by email. Enquiries are not stored in a website database.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting project, and are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
